How It Works
Our process is built to deliver results with clarity and efficiency.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
The process begins with a short 20 minute interview and consultation session. This initial interview is scheduled to determine whether John and the client are a good fit. During this interview, the client presents ideas, desires, timeline, budget and other aspects of the project with John.
Step 2: Project Estimate
John reviews the results of the interview and develops an estimate for the project. This estimate uses an algorithm that incorporates Optimistic, Realistic, and Pessimistic financial projections into the final number - he calls this the "ORP".
Step 3: Estimate Delivery & Follow-Up
The estimate is delivered to the client and a follow up call is scheduled to discuss the finer point and/or answer any questions or concerns.
Step 4: Scope Definition
If the estimate is accepted, a consultation session is scheduled to elaborate on the scope of the project, develop landmark goals, and a timeline for completion.
Step 5: Project Execution
After completion of the 30,000 foot view in Step 4 and project has been mapped out completely, work starts!
Step 6: Path to Project Completion
Daily/Weekly updates are conducted via Loom reviews, Slack, phone, email, and other methods to ensure everything is going according to plan. Then, we all celebrate when we reach the finish line!
